1 Introduction & Acceptance

uubt is an online entertainment and betting platform in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between uubt and every individual ("User" or "you") who uses our services.

By accessing this website, registering, or using any service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Age Restriction: This platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Registration or account use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on uubt, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
  • Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Transactions must be made in your own name and from your own bank or mobile financial service account.

2.2 Account Verification

uubt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card or other government-issued ID may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

uubt currently supports the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service.
  • Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking.
  • Upay — UCB Financial Services.
  • Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

uubt generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, delays may occur if account verification is pending or due to technical reasons. Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

Using a third-party account or a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. uubt reserves the right to suspend any account where such transactions are detected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

uubt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. A ৳14,000 deposit qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
  • If any misuse or manipulation of a bonus is detected, uubt reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel the bonus.
  • uubt reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

uubt's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can naturally progress to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is automatically added to active members' accounts every Monday. Contact the support team for more details on VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubt platform:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated systems.
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
  • Registering an account by providing false information.
  • Deceiving or harassing other users.
  • Operating an account in the name of a minor.

Any user involved in the above activities will have their account immediately closed and their balance may be forfeited.

7 Gaming Policy & Fairness

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Game Policy

7.3 Bet Limits

Special terms for sports betting:

  • Bets must be confirmed before the match starts.
  • If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during live betting, uubt's decision will be considered final.
  • If suspicious betting activity is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your information will be shared with third parties only when there is a legal obligation or when required for payment processing.

10 Responsible Gaming

  • Evidence of providing false information.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

11.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

12 Limitation of Liability

The uubt platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We cannot fully guarantee uninterrupted service, as temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

uubt is not liable for the following:

  • Disruptions to betting or gameplay caused by loss of internet connection.
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • Leakage of the user's own account information.
